To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are seeking Lawyer Employment Law Lawyer m/f/d) to start as soon as possible:

Your responsibilities
• Advising companies and executives on all matters of individual and collective employment law (including contract drafting, variable compensation, and transfers of undertakings).
• Supporting restructuring and transformation processes, including negotiations with works councils and unions.
• Litigating labor law disputes before labor courts and providing strategic litigation advice.
• Developing practical, economically sound solution strategies in close collaboration with our clients.
• Helping to shape the further development and expansion of our labor law practice and our growing office location.

Your Profile
• Fully qualified attorney (m/f/d) with above-average exam results and a strong interest in employment law; ideally, you already have initial professional experience at a corporate law firm, a corporate legal department, or an association.
• In-depth knowledge of individual and collective employment law; certification as a specialist in employment law or the desire to obtain it is welcome.
• Enjoyment of taking on responsibility, managing cases independently, and working in a team.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
