Dr. Gudrun Germakowski has 20 years of experience in the field of individual and collective employment law. She has extensive knowledge in assisting with operational changes and transactions of national and international companies, advising on the deployment of external personnel and drafting contracts for the planned provision of services abroad.

One focus of her work is advising on negotiations with works councils and collective bargaining issues, particularly in connection with mergers.
