Dr. Ocka Anna Böhnke holds a doctorate Lawyer is a licensed physician with extensive expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare law. After completing a dual degree in law and medicine in Hanover, she has been combining her medical and legal expertise for approximately 15 years in her work for renowned law firms and companies.

At Oppenländer Rechtsanwälte in Stuttgart, she advised pharmaceutical companies, physicians, and pharmacists on regulatory, social security, and professional liability matters. In her subsequent role as in-house counsel at an international pharmaceutical company, she focused on value and market access, including health technology assessment processes and price negotiations.

Today, Ocka Anna Böhnke works part-time at ORTHPARTNERS, providing clients with sound, practical legal advice in a complex and highly regulated environment.
