Dr. Shan Liu completed her master's degree in law at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, PR China.

She was admitted to Lawyer the People's Republic of China in 2008.

One year later, Shan Liu received her Legum Magister (LL.M.) from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.

She received her doctorate from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich in 2022.
