Nina Reinecke has more than 10 years of experience in legal advice.

Her clients include various utility and industrial companies as well as start-ups.

Her professional focus is on corporate law/M&A with a focus on advising national and international clients on M&A and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate law issues, in particular the drafting and negotiation of necessary documents in the context of transactions and corporate law issues in the public sector.

She is co-author of a book on corporate and start-up partnerships, which was published by Springer Verlag in 2022.
