ZAMIRA GASHI

Zamira Gashi studied law at the University of Passau and specialized in the law of the international community (European and international law) as well as in international and European commercial law.
Zamira Gashi completed her legal clerkship at the Landshut Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Administrative Court in Regensburg, among other places. During her clerkship, she worked as a research assistant at a leading European law firm specializing in antitrust law and at the Chair of Public Law at the Institute for Legal Didactics (University of Passau), where she was entrusted with teaching public law.
In August 2022, she completed her training as a business mediator (Eidenmüller/Hacke/Fries) at the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice. Zamira Gashi has been a certified business mediator ( Lawyer ) since April 2024 and has been a member of the Public Procurement Law/Public Commercial Law practice group at ORTHPARTNERS’ Munich office since August 2026.
In May 2026, Zamira Gashi successfully completed the specialized attorney training program to become a certified attorney specializing in public procurement law.
