Tobias Lunk has been advising clients as Lawyer over five years in all areas of contract and commercial law. In addition to drafting contracts, he handles complex disputes, both in and out of court.
As a member of the China Desk, one focus of his advice is on mandates relating to China. He still benefits from his studies at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing and his time at the German Consulate General in Shanghai.
He also has expertise in representing clients in arbitration proceedings (DIS, ICC).
