Carolin Kölker has been advising companies of all sizes and across a wide range of industries on corporate real estate matters for over 17 years, as well as institutional investors and family offices on commercial real estate issues, and has extensive expertise in commercial lease law and real property law. She advises on everything from the negotiation and execution of commercial leases of all kinds to complex real estate transactions, as well as on any issues arising during the term of a lease or upon its termination.
She is married and has a dachshund mix she adopted from an animal shelter in Romania.
