ORTHPARTNERS Expands in Berlin: New Hires in Real Estate Law and a Move to a Central Location
Berlin, July 1, 2026 –ORTHPARTNERS is strengthening its presence in the capital and expanding its expertise in real estate law: Four experienced attorneys are joining the Berlin team. The firm is moving into new offices at Hardenbergstraße 28a, next to the Gedächtniskirche and across from the Zoo Palast in Charlottenburg.
New to the Berlin team:
They all come from the international law firm Dentons and have previously worked in Berlin.
Under the joint leadership of our partner Carolin Kölker (Düsseldorf) and new partner Volker Mergener (Berlin), the Real Estate Law practice group atORTHPARTNERS is growing significantly. With this move, the firm is expanding its range of advisory services and underscoring its strategy of providing clients with comprehensive support in real estate matters.
Together with existing team members Kristian Dupper, Dr. Michael Kintrup, Judith Pirscher, and Dr. Ocka Anna Böhnke, the Berlin office now has eight attorneys. Four new legal assistants are supporting the team and helping the capital city office grow.
