Dr. Nikolai Weber is a qualified banker. He has more than 20 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency law and was previously appointed as an insolvency administrator in corporate insolvencies.

Today, he works exclusively as a consultant. He advises and represents parties involved (debtors, creditors, managers, shareholders and business partners) in insolvency proceedings or insolvency-related situations.

 

Another focus of his work is advising on transactions in a crisis or insolvency environment ("distressed M&A").

He also advises on the review and development of insolvency protection concepts.

He is married and has two children.
