Dr. Robert Orth is one of the co-founders of Orth Kluth (now orka), where he has since retired.
He has almost 30 years of experience in all areas of corporate law and M&A.
He advises international corporations as well as SMEs and PE investors.
In the case of family businesses, one focus of his advice is on generational transitions, balancing the interests of different family branches or company succession.
Dr. Orth advises management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders on all aspects of annual general meetings. He has himself been a member of the supervisory board of listed and unlisted companies on several occasions. He also serves on advisory boards.
He is married and has two grown-up children.
