Dr. Shan Liu completed her master's degree in law at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, PR China.

She was admitted to the bar in the People's Republic of China in 2008.

One year later, Shan Liu received her Legum Magister (LL.M.) from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.

She received her doctorate from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich in 2022.

Dr. Shan Liu's practice focuses on corporate and M&A and he primarily advises Chinese clients within the China Desk.

She is married and has two children.
