Kristian Dupper has been working in the field of restructuring and insolvency law as well as corporate law for more than 13 years. He advises both sellers and buyers in insolvency transactions.

Furthermore, he advises on the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement of and defense against insolvency avoidance and liability claims as well as on the general drafting of contracts with regard to possible insolvency risks.
