Maren Müller-Mergenthaler. LL.M, has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law and specializes in all aspects of trademark and design law. She also has extensive knowledge of competition, copyright and patent law.

She advises medium-sized and listed companies, supporting them in the development of strategies relating to their intellectual property rights, in national and international portfolio management and in litigation proceedings before the offices (DPMA, EUIPO, WIPO) and courts.

Another focus of her work is the increasingly important area of confidentiality protection and contract drafting for companies.

She is married and has two children and two Golden Retrievers.
