Markus Kreuzkamp has been working as a lawyer specializing in intellectual property law for almost 30 years. For more than 25 years he was Managing Partner of the law firm Kreuzkamp with up to 9 lawyers and patent attorneys, until he moved to a larger law firm (Orth Kluth) as Counsel in 2022 in order to enjoy more free time. He has now been working for ORTHPARTNERS since May 2025.

He represents clients in all areas of patent, trademark and design law, both in the registration and administration of these intellectual property rights as well as in their defense and enforcement.

Mr. Kreuzkamp has many years of experience in this field through his own work before the German infringement courts of first and second instance, the German Federal Supreme Court in patent nullity proceedings, the German, European and Austrian Patent Offices, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the WIPO.

Through his broad network, he also indirectly represents his clients worldwide before any patent office and any court desired or required - in particular as coordinator and manager of international trademark and patent families.
