MARKUS KREUZKAMP

Markus Kreuzkamp has been Lawyer for nearly 30 years, Lawyer intellectual property. For over 25 years, he served as managing partner of the Kreuzkamp law firm, which at its peak employed up to nine attorneys and patent attorneys, before moving to a larger firm (Orth Kluth) as counsel in 2022 to enjoy more free time. He has been working for ORTHPARTNERS since May 2025.

He represents clients in all areas of patent, trademark and design law, both in the registration and administration of these intellectual property rights as well as in their defense and enforcement.

Mr. Kreuzkamp has many years of experience in this field through his own work before the German infringement courts of first and second instance, the German Federal Supreme Court in patent nullity proceedings, the German, European and Austrian Patent Offices, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the WIPO.

Through his broad network, he also indirectly represents his clients worldwide before any patent office and any court desired or required - in particular as coordinator and manager of international trademark and patent families.
