Markus Kreuzkamp ist seit knapp 30 Jahren als Rechtsanwalt mit dem Schwerpunkt Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz tätig. Über 25 Jahre war er dabei Managing Partner der Kanzlei Kreuzkamp mit bis zu 9 Rechts- und Patentanwälten, bis er dann 2022 als Counsel zu einer größeren Kanzlei wechselte (Orth Kluth), um mehr Freizeit genießen zu können. Seit Mai 2025 ist er nun für ORTHPARTNERS tätig.

He represents clients in all areas of patent, trademark and design law, both in the registration and administration of these intellectual property rights as well as in their defense and enforcement.

Mr. Kreuzkamp has many years of experience in this field through his own work before the German infringement courts of first and second instance, the German Federal Supreme Court in patent nullity proceedings, the German, European and Austrian Patent Offices, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the WIPO.

Through his broad network, he also indirectly represents his clients worldwide before any patent office and any court desired or required - in particular as coordinator and manager of international trademark and patent families.
