Jan Schiller is a specialist lawyer for employment law and a partner at ORTHPARTNERS in Düsseldorf.

As an accomplished and experienced lawyer with technical expertise, Jan Schiller advises his clients on all collective and individual employment law challenges. He attaches great importance to efficiency and absolute practicality.

His main areas of expertise include advising on restructuring measures, designing new remuneration and working time regulations, supporting the introduction of new software (e.g. artificial intelligence, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, MS Office 365, Workjam, CRM systems, call center solutions, etc.) and developing and negotiating works agreements on all collective bargaining issues. Jan Schiller has extensive negotiating experience and provides his clients with legal and strategic support in projects of all sizes, both in Germany and across borders.

Jan Schiller also regularly advises managing directors and executives.

Jan Schiller also specializes in data protection law. He has already assisted numerous globally operating companies with the introduction of data protection concepts and regularly conducts audits of the data protection compliance of companies and corporate groups. He also supports the introduction of software in the corporate environment from a data protection perspective and coordinates the corresponding projects - also worldwide.

Jan Schiller regularly gives lectures and writes publications on labor and data protection law topics.
